Daves' most recent consulting assignment was at
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he led a team of 4 developers
to build an in house Intranet application to support a number of key business
processes in client litigation. He introduced, trained, mentored and led
the team on agile processes, in particular eXtreme Programming.
Previously he consulted at Merrill Lynch HSBC,
the $1 billion dotcom on-line brokerage and banking service where he led
the Retail Banking development team from site inception to go live.
He also delivered Byte-Visions Quality By Design
course to 20 developers.
Dave has 10 years experience in the industry and is an expert on developing
multi-tiered object orientated E-Commerce solutions using Microsoft technology.
Dave has extensive experience leading teams and
tailoring development processes to clients cultures and capabilities. He is
heavily focused on delivery using agile methods, and has twice trained,
mentored and led teams using agile techniques for clients
moving to XP. He takes passion in designing and building systems for
testability and is a heavy advocate of Test Driven Development.
